The Easiest Way to Look Good and Feel Good
I hate to say it cause in all honesty, I am not where I want to be (prob a never ending chase) with my health and fitness, but it really is f*cking easy!
This is the easiest diet Monday-Friday that is pretty enjoyable and it also happens to be cheap to hit my protein and calorie goals.
The problem is, relatively speaking, we all have enough money to buy whatever we want to eat all-day everyday...
Anyways, then in terms of fitness, it's also not that difficult.
Get in 10,000 steps per day. Running, surfing, moutain biking, walking, whatever it might be. It's much better when you do so with others!
And finally, lift 3-4 times per week focusing on compound lifts (bench press, pull ups, shoulder press, squats, dead lifts, abs) and just hit 2 working sets after warming up and focus on higher weight and less reps. Again, with people is much better!
That is all it takes to get jacked, look good, and feel good.
